On November 9, 2023, the annual meeting of municipal energy specialists was held in Gdynia.
During the panel on energy management, Bożena Żuławska from Gdynia municipality had the opportunity to present the BuildON project.
The event brought together professionals, researchers and stakeholders involved in energy issues, drawing specialists from diverse sectors.
Through different panels experts delved into pressing issues concerning energy efficiency for local governments. Key points included discussions on government project updates and the associated advantages for local administrations, as well as details on subsidies available for the thermal modernization of public buildings.
The event was organized by the Energy Office of the Gdynia City Hall together with the Gdańsk-Gdynia-Sopot Metropolitan Area and other participants (including the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Gdańsk, Pomorska Grupa Energetyczna E.C. S.A., District Heat Energy Company Sp. z o.o., Marshal’s Office of the Pomeranian Voivodeship), as part of the work of the Infrastructure and Environment Committee of the Gdańsk Gdynia Sopot Metropolitan Area.
